Each year, we inspire women to make meaningful connections and rise together through 40 leadership development events. Your sponsorship is essential in supporting women from the classroom to the boardroom.

A few examples of our events available for Sponsorship are:

  • Annual Leadership Conference (Presenting, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Sapphire)
  • WaveMaker Awards (Presenting, Champagne, Elite, Signature, Cheerleader, and Supporter)
  • Empower Gala. (Presenting, Champagne, Cheerleader, and Pillar)

Let's make it our mission to rise together!

Supporters like you continue to help us expand our outreach. Your donation helps support activities such as leadership development and mentoring opportunities for women and young girls, as well as operations.

A few examples of our activities are:

  • Supplies for one Empower Leadership Academy attendee. (roughly $100 per attendee)
  • A two-year TeamWomen membership provides access to more than 650 women mission-driven leaders. (a value of $200/person)
  • A Mentor Program that pairs 100 mentors/mentees annually. Participants are also able to attend four networking events at no additional cost! ($500 covers most technology & supplies for this program)
  • An Empower Leadership Academy (up to 50 participants in a 3-hour session) provides interactive leadership development for youth to learn and develop transferable skills. ($1500/academy)
